摘要: The goal of the first part this chapter is to summarize recent results zooarchaeological research into beginning ungulate domestication in Near East (more precisely southeastern Anatolia, northern Levant and Cyprus) Europe. It focuses on earliest evidence animal dispersion, its slow complex tempo. impact diet varies different regions, especially Western second inventories differing deliberations, as well both osteological isotopic results, order estimate technical skills last hunters/first farmers management exploitation. A special section devoted question early milk exploitation during stages Neolithic. In conclusion, based a new chronology steps birth husbandry between 8500 7000 B.C., author posits that these developments provoked substantial qualitative quantitative improvement food supply, discusses proposals with reference Neolithic Demographic Transition (NDT) other components neolithization areas.
