摘要: The selection of supervision models from the point view practitioners has become overwhelming, especially within contextual forces a school or system. purpose this study was to use multidimensional scaling (MDS) describe four theoretical teacher (clinical, artistic, technical, and reflective) empirically on common dimensions. Seven graduate students in class professor completed questionnaire asking them to: (1) rate similarity between pairs supervision; (2) importance various adjectives describing these models. information used perform an MDS analysis. Two dimensions were found distinguish among supervision. An approach may facilitate development based descriptions However, additional research would be necessary.
