摘要: In previous chapters we have made reference to potential applications of procedural justice theory and research organizational settings. Like courts political institutions, organizations must make decisions concerning the evaluation individuals groups, allocation resources outcomes, resolution disputes. And like other social entities, develop procedures that specify how information is be gathered used these decisions, who authorized are executed. We discuss in this chapter psychological reactions procedures. Research date show that, although some special considerations arise organizations, by large same basic processes occur here as contexts.
