摘要: A periplasmatic phytase from a bacterium isolated Malaysian waste water was purified about 173-fold to apparent homogeneity with recovery of 10% referred the activity in crude extract. It behaved as monomeric protein molecular mass 42 kDa. The enzyme exhibited single pH optimum at 4.5. Optimum temperature for degradation phytate 65°C. kinetic parameters hydrolysis sodium were determined be K M = 0.15 mmol/l and k cat = 1164 s−1 4.5 37°C. shown highly specific. Among phosphorylated compounds tested, only one which significantly hydrolysed. Some properties such considerable below 3.0, thermal stability resistance pepsin make attractive an application feed supplement.
