摘要: The purpose of this paper is to analyse the facilitators and inhibitors investing in environmentally friendly technologies from Spanish hotel perspective as well describe governance initiatives pertaining issue. A description actions implemented by different institutions given. Additionally, a survey conducted compile information provided managers on regarding investments communication technology (ICT). results are compared across categories. National bodies focus providing tourist companies with preferential credits, assuming that main reason for ICT financing, while hotels point out importance several against implementing technologies.
