摘要: Abstract The electrochemical behaviour of Pb electrode in aqueous Na 2 SO 4 solutions (pH=6.8) has been studied by means cyclic voltammetric and potentiostatic current–time transient techniques. anodic polarisation profiles exhibit three well defined peaks A 1 , 3 corresponding to the formation PbSO PbO respectively prior oxygen evolution potential. reverse cathodic curves show C –C a plateau hydrogen peak is related reduction upper . due inner PbO. composite both Pb. ascribed PbH heights increase with increasing scan rate, temperature repetitive cycling. layer proceeds under diffusion controlled 2− via nucleation growth mechanism charge transfer OH − control.
