摘要: The simultaneous surgical management of ureteropelvic junction obstruction (UPJO) with concomitant renal stones has evolved the last 20 years; hence, ideal minimally invasive technique is still controversial. Laparoscopic and robot-assisted laparoscopic operations allow precise maneuvers were thought to simplify reconstruction steps procedure, especially in treatment complex cases large stones. aim this study was summarize available perioperative functional outcomes techniques. A non-systematic review literature performed using a free-text protocol MEDLINE database. terms used "ureteropelvic obstruction," "renal calculi" stones." Furthermore, other significant relevant studies cited reference lists selected papers also evaluated structure review. Currently, evidence suggests that both robotic-assisted techniques offer excellent solutions field UPJO removal. In hands experienced surgeons, robotic pyeloplasty stone removal safe procedure high stone-free rates UPJ patency. Minimally should constitute first choice for obstruction.
