摘要: Objective To describe the use and long term outcome of a novel surgical technique developed to treat proximal ureteral obstruction in cat. Study design Case report. Animals A 3-year-old female spayed Russian blue Methods cat presented with fever, decreased appetite, vomiting, abdominal discomfort. left was noted on ultrasonographic examination. No filling defect antegrade pyelography. Due location obstruction, modification Boari flap performed. Conclusion tubularized originally described by modified create tension-free ureteroneocystostomy, without complication. This relied surrounding native tissues resulted long-term resolution obstruction. Clinical significance can lead cats, requiring stents permanent implants.
