摘要: As an important member of the Annexins, AnnexinA5 has been attributed functions in trophoblast membrane repair, anticoagulation and cellular signal transduction. Accumulated studies show that is closely associated with various types carcinomas. However, potential contribution to glioma cancer progression remains unclear. In this study, we report significantly upregulated both high-grade samples cell lines. Moreover, overexpression promotes migration invasion vitro tumorigenicity cells nude mice, while knockdown manifests a repressive function during these processes. Importantly, mechanistic further reveal essential transcriptional target Snail via activating PI3K/Akt/NF-κB signaling pathway. Taken together, findings suggest or pathway may be promising therapeutic molecules eradicate metastases.
