摘要: Expression of the p53, epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFr; c-erbB-1) and c-erbB-2 proteins was studied in 82 patients with primary transitional cell carcinoma bladder using an immuno-histochemical method. Strong or moderate staining found 18% tumours for p53 weaker a further 36% giving total 54% stained p53. 15% 31% EGFr. Tumours invading muscle were significantly more likely to be strongly positively and/or EGFr compared superficial tumours: only invasive negatively both No statistical association between expression. Weakly positive associations expression increased c-erbB-2. Alterations c-erbB-1 frequently human urinary may clinical use defining patient sub-groups differing prognosis.
