Influence of individual variability in the percentage of motile spermatozoa and motility time on the survival of embryos of chosen fish species

摘要: Studies on the influence of individual spermatozoa motility parameters (% motility, time) survival embryos to eyed-egg-stage were conducted four freshwater fish species: burbot, ide, Eurasian perch and goldfish. Semen from males was collected separate syringes next determined. Samples oocytes originated one female each species covered. Each sample eggs fertilized with semen originating a different male.
