Application of Ovopel and Ovaprim and their combinations in controlled reproduction of two reophilic cyprinid fish species.

摘要: The aim of the study was to compare female dace Leuciscus leuciscus (L.) and ide idus hormonal stimulation effectiveness with two preparations (Ovopel Ovaprim) separately in combination. experiment conducted under controlled conditions. During percentage ovulating females, ovulation time survival embryos eyed stage were recorded. Stimulation Ovopel resulted shorter appearance females both species (48–50 h for 36–38 ide) while Ovaprim a higher live (almost 80 60% respectively). highest recorded group where combination those substances applied as shortening achievement spawning readiness (48 36 hours respectively), significant synchronization rates 70% respectively)
