摘要: In the European debate about science and technology, human rights are an inescapable reference point. Many ethical analyses of emerging technologies build on principles values expressed by Charter Fundamental Rights Union. The Chart represents a very flexible effective tool for all that reflection, whose primary aim is to provide useful guidelines regulating technology. This reference, though, poses several theoretical methodological difficulties, starting from gap between declaration their actual fulfillment. On one hand, philosophical investigation meaning missing; other analysis remains superficial. Considering example robotics, this work discusses pro contra analyisis which centered rights. Furthermore, it argues integration such approach with phenomenological takes into account mutual interaction social practices.
