摘要: Artesunat amodiakuin failure of therapy in chloroquine resistant patients have also been reported several areas Indonesia. One the unexpected resistance mechanisms associated with pfmdr1 gene polymorphisms. This study aims to determine frequency pfmdr-1polymorphisms and examine relationship polymorphism clinical laboratory responses artesunateamodiaquine uncomplicated falciparum malaria Puskesmas Hanura, Pesawaran Regency, Lampung. This was an observational a cohort method has carried out period January-October 2012 at outpatient Methods used (including inclusion exclusion criteria) accordance WHO protocol for antimalarial drug efficacy test malaria. Combination is given artesunate, amodiaquine primaquine. Therapeutical response observed during 28 days observation. Diagnosis by PCR-RFLP technique uses patient's blood (EDTA filter paper) were taken H0. Adequate Clinical Parasitological Response (ACPR) 63(85.1%) people, Early Treatment Failure (ETF) 5(6.8%) Late And (LCPF) 2 (2.7 %) (LPF) 4 (5.4%) people. Seven (13.5%) found N86Y mix type (mutant andwild-type) which 1 (9.1%) people had failed 6 (14.6%) cured. There no association between artesunate (RR=0.64, 95% CI=0.97-4.27, p=1.000). PCT (Parasite Clearance Time) on group 2.14±1.21 days, while without polymorphisms 1.79±1.0 6days there significant difference two groups (p =0.434). The Lampung 13,5%. rate treatment polimorphism compared polymorphism. pfmdr1N86Y [JuKeUnila 2014;4(7):106-113]
