CoPx synthesis and lithiation by ball-milling for anode materials of lithium ion cells

摘要: Abstract Cobalt phosphides and lithiated cobalt are prepared by high-energy ball-milling at room temperature. With increasing the milling time, phosphide structure is converted from CoP 3 to phase. The initial electrochemical lithiation of x (CoP +CoP) leads a reversible capacity 878 533 mAh/g. faradic yield first cycle about 74% for both samples. Partial with Li N reactant enhances 95%, along sacrifice part capacity. thermoreaction, however, results in poor performance.
