摘要: Abstract The aim of present work was to unveil the process cell membrane disruption and analyze adverse effect CdTe quantum dots (QDs) on Bacillus subtilis isolated from soil. minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC 50 ) 0.45 μ M. When bacterial treated with QDs, firstly they interact leads destabilization, as evident increase in anisotropy cells. Confocal microscopy experiments reveal changes integrity after 1 h QD interaction, followed by internalization QDs 2 h. Further, similar results were obtained Atomic Force Microscopy, Scanning Electron Microscopy Transmission Microscopy. After internalization, anti-oxidative defense system gets activated sensed elevated level superoxide dismutase catalase incubation Cell lysis occurs, when stress increases beyond capacity system.
