摘要: To investigate the appropriate cutoff point of CA19-9 for prognosis and other potential prognostic factors that may affect survival patients with hilar cholangiocarcinoma (HC) after radical surgery. 168 who had undergone surgery resultant macroscopic curative resection (R0 R1) were discreetly selected analyses. Categorized versions used in univariate model to determine CA19-9. clinicopathologic analyzed influence on by multivariate methods. The strongest predictor among categorized preoperative measures was less than 150 IU/L (P = 0.000). In analysis, tumor size, Bismuth-Corlette classification, portal vein invasion, Lymph node metastasis, margin levels identified as significant factors. multivariable lymph independent our results demonstrated also an factor cholangiocarcinoma, most discriminative proved be at U/ml.
