摘要: Small-scale enterprises are less often covered by occupational health services and have insufficient awareness about risks in the work environment. This study investigated how Swedish entrepreneurs small-scale use services. The used a questionnaire sent two waves, 5 years apart. At baseline, 496 responded, 251 participated later. included items affiliation with of services, physical psychosocial environments, environment management, sources information, membership professional networks. Only 3% without employees 19% were affiliated an service. Entrepreneurs more active management gathering information most examinations, care, ergonomic risk assessments. Affiliation was 6% at both measurements, 4% 10%
