摘要: Many patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) develop lung metastasis and available treatments are limited. The anticancer drug sorafenib has opened a window of hope for carcinoma. However, the effect is limited by resistance. MicroRNAs have been reported to play an important role in HCC, but on microRNAs (miRNAs) not clear. This report employed high-throughput deep sequencing technique detect difference miRNAs immunohistochemical protein implanted primary tumors metastatic HCC after treatment sorafenib. Among detected miRNAs, we identified rno-miR-122-3p rmo-miR-122-5p that were downregulated rno-miR-383-5p rno-miR-34a-5p upregulated one novel as here first time. Immunohistochemical analysis known CMYC expression inhibited, MDM2 was expressed, NM23 GST upregulated. A Kyoto Encyclopedia Genes Genomes (KEGG) pathway miRNA found targeted genes concentrated pathways metabolism, especially cytochrome P450. These results indicate these likely be involved response metastases They may useful biomarkers predict clinical
