摘要: Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors worldwide; however, efficacy clinical treatment limited. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are a class small non-coding RNAs that have been reported to play key role in development cancer. They also provide novel candidates for targeted therapy. To date, in-depth studies on molecular mechanisms gastric involving miRNAs still absent. We previously 5 were identified as being significantly increased cancer, and these was investigated present study. By using bioinformatics tools, we found more than 4,000 unique genes potential downstream targets miRNAs, belong protein nucleic acid binding, transcription factor, enzyme modulator, transferase receptor. Pathway mapping showed involved MAPK signaling pathway, pathways PI3K-Akt HTLV-1 pathway Ras thus regulating cell growth, differentiation, apoptosis metastasis. Analysis related may provides drug future therapy
