摘要: Summary A strain of bacteria with nitrile hydratase activity was isolated from soil. Taxonomic studies indicated that the 7 belongs to genus Rhodococcus. Its purified and crystallized (from crude extract). The enzyme has a molecular mass about 278,000 Da. consists two kinds subunits, masses 26,000 32,000 active toward various aliphatic aromatic nitriles.
