摘要: Abstract Total high density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol and in its main subfractions, HDL 2 3 , were determined 160 normo- 90 hyperlipidemic subjects by gradient ultracentrifugation (range of HDL-cholesterol: 0.05–2.85 mmol/l). Both the normolipidemics combined group -cholesterol (HDL -chol) as well showed a parabolic relationship with total HDL-chol. The results indicate, that at low HDL-chol values almost all is present fraction, which shows linear increase from 0 to 0.75 mmol/l. At further HDL-chol, increasingly isolated -fraction, especially when -chol has reached maximum (about 1.25 Thus, magnitude absolute intra-individual variation either or (in mmol/l) related concentration. Given strong correlation between both HDL-subfractions inverse risk for coronary heart disease, rise may be equally favorable.
