摘要: Vasculitis developed in six of 253 patients treated with intravenous anisoylated plasminogen streptokinase activator complex (APSAC) after acute myocardial infarction. All recovered spontaneously no evidence renal impairment and long term sequelae. Although leucocytoclastic vasculitis serum sickness have been reported treatment, such allergic reactions not described as a complication other thrombolytic agents.
