摘要: Abstract The investigation was undertaken to compare in a double blind manner two methods of terminating first trimester pregnancies 50 nulliparous women, viz. conventional vacuum aspiration with mechanical dilatation the cervix and extra-amniotic administration single dose 15 (S) Methyl PGE 2 Ester 20 hours prior aspiration. results confirm that cervices are often difficult dilate ester is very effective dilating cervix.
