摘要: We have examined the binding of 44% saponin from Panax ginseng, and extracts Eluthrococcus senticosus (Siberian ginseng) to classical steroid receptors in vitro. Both had demonstrable affinity for progestin, mineralocorticoid glucocorticoid receptors; Siberian ginseng also bound estrogen receptors. Highest was receptors, with an approximate Ki 8 x 10(-6) M ginseng. Such interactions may explain reported glucocorticoid-like effects vivo.
