摘要: Abstract This paper deals with the analysis of cracked skeletal structures. For this purpose, a beam-column element an edge crack is applied. formulated based on laws linear fracture mechanics. Static behavior, natural frequencies and buckling loads structures are investigated. Furthermore, simple practical procedure for calculating stress intensity factor (SIF) proposed by employing element. The obtained results prove high capability accuracy studying frames.
