摘要: Abstract Metal particles were deposited on the surface of solid-state ion conductors by means a negatively biased AFM tip, and deposition process was probed combining chronoamperometric measurements with topographic imaging. It checked whether metal can act as local electrodes for measuring conductivity conductor. We found that metallic silver silver-ion conducting glasses work perfectly electrodes, even at cathodic voltages below − 1 V. In contrast, lithium lithium-ion glass ceramic (LIC-GC) measured nanoscopic which considerably lower than macrosocopic conductivity. This is most likely due to fact LIC-GC not stable against lithium, so resistive layer formed interface. The additionally modified tracks using laser ablation technique. sharp edges triggered deposition, could be arranged in bands lateral extensions about 50 μm, when voltage pulses range − 0.4 − 0.6 V applied period 1 s or less.
