摘要: This chapter reviews general principles and concepts of the complex group diseases called cancer, with emphasis on findings at level light microscope. Classifications, characteristics epithelial tumors, grading, staging, metastasis, development neoplasia are discussed; however, factors governing growth, altered cell membrane function, other properties cancer cell, its biochemistry, immunology not covered. Stress is placed head neck using examples surgical pathology. For specific pathology reader referred to chapters in this book as well some excellent books articles subject [1–14].
