摘要: Using urinary sugars as a biomarker of consumption, we have previously shown that obese people consume significantly more than individuals normal weight. However, there is concern recovery this may differ between weight and individuals. A total 19 subjects, divided into two groups according to their body mass index (BMI) (normal BMI or = 30 kg/m(2), n=9), participated in randomized crossover dietary intervention study three diets providing 13, 50% energy from for 4 days each while living volunteer suite. The mean sucrose fructose excretions 24-h urine increased with increasing sugar consumption over the periods both were different (P < 0.01). There was no significant interaction effect class on these intakes, either absolute values expressed percentage intake. In conclusion, does not affect validity collections used biomarkers estimate consumption.
