Tip 1 Diyabetik Ergenlerin Eğitiminde Yeni Yaklaşımlar:Web Tabanlı Eğitim

摘要: Bu calismanin amaci, Tip 1 Diyabetli adolesanlarin diyabet egitiminde kullanilan web tabanli egitimlerin iceriklerini ve etkilerini degerlendirmektir.“Web based diabetes education” “web training”, anahtar kelimeleri ile “Pubmed”, “Cochrane” “Google Akademik” veri tabanlari kullanilarak “2005-2014” yillari arasinda yayinlanmis 61 calisma icerik, calismalarda yontemler, calismalarin sonuclari onerileri acisindan incelenmistir. Ulasilan %73.7’sinin (n=45) icleme kriterine uygun olmadigi, yalnizca %43.7’sinin dogrudan egitimine yonelik oldugu bulunmustur. Calismalar tasarimina gore incelendiginde, %83.3’unun (n=5) randomize kontrollu tum girisimsel gorulmektedir. Calismalarda diyabete bagli yasam kaliteleri, oz yeterlilikleri, HbA1c degerleri, yonetim duzeyleri, stresle bas etme durumlari, sosyal yeterlilik, aile catismasi, problem cozme becerileri irdelenmistir. adolesanlara verilecek saglik egitimlerinin uzerinden saglanmasinin hastalik yonetimi uzerine olumlu etkilerinin oldugu, duzeyini iyilestirdigi, Anahtar Kelimeler: Web egitim; egitimi; calismasi.
