摘要: The effects of melatonin and noradrenaline (NA) on bi-directional melanosome transport were analysed in primary cultures melanophores from the Atlantic cod. Both agents mediated rapid aggregation, by using receptor antagonists, was found to bind a whereas NA binds an α2-adrenoceptor. It has previously been stated that melatonin-mediated aggregation Xenopus is coupled with tyrosine phosphorylation so far unidentified high molecular weight protein we show although acting through different receptors somewhat downstream signalling events, utmost importance for both cod melanophores. Together cyclic adenosine 3-phosphate-fluctuations, functions as switch signal dispersion these cells.
