摘要: The bi-directional movement of pigment granules in frog melanophores involves the microtubule-based motors cytoplasmic dynein, which is responsible for aggregation, and kinesin II myosin V, are required dispersion pigment. It was recently shown that dynactin acts as a link between dynein melanosomes, but it not fully understood how this regulated if more proteins involved. Here, we suggest spectrin, known to be associated with Golgi vesicles well synaptic number cells, importance melanosome movements Xenopus laevis melanophores. Large amounts spectrin were found on melanosomes isolated from both aggregated dispersed Spectrin two components oligomeric complex, p150 g l u e d Arpl/centractin, co-localized during aggregation dispersion, interact determined by co-immunoprecipitation. has been suggested an important cargoes motor other cell types, our new data indicate role specialized transport processes melanophores, addition general vesicle transport.
