摘要: Amid the continual flux of membranes and proteins through Golgi, distinctive structure compartmentalization cisternal stacks are preserved. Microtubules associated motors required to maintain Golgi for transport from organelle. There is also evidence Golgi-associated myosins. Recent research has identified a novel spectrin-based network. In this review, we discuss network possible roles spectrin in maintaining vesicular Golgi. Overall link between cytoskeleton appears be dynamic nature, keeping with continuous lipids
