摘要: Mechanochemical decomposition by milling a mixture of monazite and sodium hydroxide powder subsequent leaching sulfuric acid for the extraction rare earth elements at room temperature has been investigated. The allows mechanochemical formation hydroxides phosphate as progresses. Nearly all is decomposed within 120 min under present conditions. A 0.05N solution enables us to improve yield each La, Nd Sm around 85% or more in milled min. Also, respective Ce Pr yields about 20% 70% remain un-dissolved since they are changed into oxide forms during after operation. These oxides mostly dissolved concentration increases 5N. with increasing time. Thus plays significant role achieving high from powder.
