Stressors, Job Resources, Fear of Contagion, and Secondary Traumatic Stress Among Nursing Home Workers in Face of the COVID-19: The Case of Spain

摘要: This study aimed to analyze the psychological consequences of COVID-19 pandemic on nursing home workers, as well influence certain related stressors and job resources. Two-hundred twenty-eight workers in Spain participated this cross-sectional study. High levels workload, social pressure from work, contact with suffering, fear contagion were found. In homes where cases had been detected, experienced higher secondary traumatic stress. Social high doses exposure lack personnel personal protective equipment, minimal supervisor support significant explaining Supervisor coworker moderated some these relationships.
