摘要: The normal process of excitation the heart involves propagation action potentials through cardiac regions different anatomy and intrinsic membrane properties. Although our understanding these properties is still incomplete, it well accepted that parameters measured from a single cell penetration in an electrical syncytium (e.g., potential duration, rate rise, velocity) reflect not only but also electrotonic interactions with other cells to which recorded electrically coupled. We have used simulation techniques predict spatial distribution resulting discretely localized alterations some syncytium. shown markedly for plateau pacemaker currents vs. rising phase currents, factors, such as site stimulation underlying pattern cell-cell coupling resistance, modify discrete regional change
