摘要: Secondary to clinical features indicating chronic inflammation and immune dysregulation, the system has long been suspected have a role in autism spectrum disorders (ASD). Studies of postmortem autistic brains indicate presence mediated some but not all brains. However, studies abnormalities ASD children yielded no conclusive results. Instead, reported appear affect almost aspects are often contradictory. This may be associated with marked heterogeneity subjects, since is behaviorally defined syndrome. In addition, variable co-morbid conditions could immune-parameters, making such analysis very difficult. Alternatively, various fact that polygenic condition affected by multiple genetic environmental factors, resulting similar behavioral symptoms. At present, it unknown how contributes onset progress ASD. Nevertheless, results previous inflammation, at least portion children. review summarizes immunological findings problems these studies. The direction future research needs take will also discussed.
