摘要: AbstractBackground/Aims: Hypertension is an important cardiovascular risk factor in renal transplant recipients. Elevated blood pressure variability (BPV) during 24-h ambulatory monitoring (ABPM) associated with increased of target organ damage and events, independent mean levels. We aimed to evaluate the relationship between endothelial function, levels obtained by various measurement methods, BPV recipients.Methods: In total, 73 hypertensive recipients were included study.
