Abstract:  Solid transplant recipients are at an increased risk for hypertension and cardiovascular disease. To assist their management, 24-h ambulatory (ABPM) has become increasingly used both clinical research settings practice. ABPM been to better define post-transplant incidence prevalence different transplantation populations. provides additional information on beyond that obtained by clinic-based readings, based its ability assess (BP) load, detect nocturnal non-dipping, predict target damage. It provided some assurance about the safety of living kidney donation. Information from can be guide donor selection, because ABPM-related data correlated with clinically important heart recipient outcomes, it may a valuable adjunct management. Despite these advantages, barriers wider use include expense, inertia lack prospective trial data, problems compete attention such as acute or chronic allograft dysfunction. The increasing amount allow closer assessment intervention help address faced many recipients.
