摘要: Arterial hypertension is common in pediatric renal allograft recipients. While the causes are multifactorial, including chronic graft rejection, immunosuppressive therapy, and vascular disorders, effect of on function detrimental. As adults, if not treated early aggressively, may lead to cardiovascular damage failure. Pathophysiological changes arteries kidney after transplantation impact receptor regulation have been studied extensively children. For identifying children with following casual blood pressure measurements do accurately reflect average arterial circadian rhythm. Ambulatory 24-h monitoring should regularly be applied transplant patients. The purpose this review analyze pathophysiological aspects risk factors for underline importance regular therapeutic intervention.
