摘要: Abstract Living matter is a quasi-stationary out-of-equilibrium system; in this physical condition, structural fluctuations at nano- and meso-scales are needed to understand the physics behind its biological functionality. Myelin has simple ultrastructure whose show correlated disorder functional state. However, there no information on relationship between dynamics of intrinsically disordered Basic Protein (MBP) which expected influence membrane structure overall In work, we have investigated role protein myelin various conditions, by using synchrotron Scanning micro X Ray Diffraction Small Angle ray Scattering. We induced crossover from state in-equilibrium degeneration changing pH values far physiological condition. The observed compression cytosolic layer thickness probes that intrinsic large MBP preserve cytosol also degraded Thus, transition uncorrelated state, principally affected deformation extracellular domain.
