摘要: In this work, a novel dual-response hydrogel for enhanced bone repair following multiple fractures was investigated. The conventional treatment of fracture consists on removing smaller fragments from the body in surgery, followed by fixation using screws and plates. This work proposes an alternative via situ UV-initiated radical polymerization IPN composed PAA/P(NiPAAM-co-PEGDMA) incorporated with ceramic additives. influence different additives mechanical properties sensitivity polymer, as well prepolymer mixture, were investigated order to analyse suitability composites healing applications. material exhibited interpenetrating network, confirmed FTIR, ceramics particles dispersed between polymer network.
