摘要: A 23-year-old female who developed thyrotoxic Graves' disease following primary hypothyroidism was reported. She presented with symptoms of and slight exophthalmos. After confirmed, she treated T4 in a dose 50 micrograms/d. Two months after delivery, 1 year the initial diagnosis hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism while taking T4. confirmed by persistent thyrotoxicosis, high 99mTc thyroidal uptake, negative T3 suppressibility detection TSH-receptor antibodies. During hypothyroid phase, TSH-binding inhibitory immunoglobulins (TBII) could not be detected, thyroid stimulating antibodies (TSAb) were positive showing between 5.8 9.0 fold increases amount cAMP produced cultured porcine cells. Her IgG did inhibit TSH-induced increase vitro. When hyperthyroidism, TSAb activity became more potent (31.7 cAMP) TBII (+61.3%).
