摘要: Abstract Objective To evaluate the risk factors for local relapse in vulvar cancer patients and its impact on survival as a function of different patterns, which include recurrences at primary tumor site, remote from tumor, skin bridge recurrences. Methods Between January 1978 June 1999, 215 were treated squamous cell carcinoma. The median follow-up was 38 months. role survival, Cox regression multivariable analysis performed using time-dependent covariate. Results relapse-free rate 78.6% (± 7.1%) 5 years. Multivariable analyses showed that increased by margin status depth invasion. Pathologic nodal status, size, invasion predictors cancer-related death model with fixed covariates. contribution disease-specific site (relative [RR] 6.35; 95% confidence interval [CI] 2.07, 15.76) or recurrence (RR 6.48; CI 2.54, 16.49) highly significant, whereas other sites not 2.29; 0.53, 9.91).
