摘要: In the present study, cytosolic calcium concentration changes were recorded in response to various forms of excitations, using fluorescent indicator dye OG-BAPTA1 together with current or voltage clamp methods stretch receptor neurons crayfish. A single action potential evoked a rise resting level axon and axonal hillock, whereas an impulse train large saturating injection would be required evoke equivalent dendrite region. Under conditions, amplitude differences between responses vanished completely. The fast activation time modulation by extracellular indicated that transients might mediated entry into cytosol through voltage-gated channel. decay was slow sensitive sodium concentrations as well exposure 1-10 mM NiCl2 10-500 µM lanthanum. Thus, exchanger ATPase responsible for extrusion from cytosol. Present results indicate efficient but indirect way monitoring regional membrane neuron.
