摘要: The structure/function relationship in the rapidly and slowly adapting stretch receptor organs of crayfish (Astacus leptodactylus) was investigated using confocal microscopy neuronal modeling methods. Both muscles were single muscle fibers with structural properties closely related to function receptors. Dendrites neuron terminated a common pile nerve endings going all directions. characteristic T shape multiple regions muscle. main dendrite, which on average 2.1 times longer 21% thinner than induced larger voltage attenuation. somal surface area 51% that neuron. Variation geometry greatest among neurons. A computational model pair demonstrated neurons attenuated dendritic potential like low-pass filters cut-off frequencies at 100 20 Hz, respectively. Recurrent dendrites observed mostly Voltage signals calculated be propagated 23% faster axon, is thicker axon. present findings support idea morphology evolved optimally sense dynamic static features mechanical stimulus, J.
