摘要: The deployment of a temporary seismic network in Southern Italy during 2001-2004 (the SAPTEX array, Southern APennine Tomography EXperiment) allowed us to relocate the hypocenters Apennines earthquakes with low uncertainty among location parameters. best array distribution network for analysis seismicity Lucanian and foredeep was reached first two years of recording. data were merged with those Italian National Seismic Network (RSNC) operated by Istituto Nazionale di Geofisica e Vulcanologia (INGV). For computation events in the upper Agri Valley we also included P- S- waves arrivals from local Eni-Agip network. seismicity for analyzed period has magnitudes ranging 2.0 4.1. A major finding is identification different crustal domains: westernmost characterizing chain, mostly shallow earthquakes (within about 20 km depth), easternmost one belonging outer margin chain foredeep, deeper (mostly between 20-40 depth). Thirty fault-plane solutions computed used for stress inversion; most them are related within the sector indicate generalized NE-SW extension. Moreover, dense improve the relative magnitude sequences which occurred study period.
