Loading and unloading behaviour of a thermoplastic disc

摘要: The calculation of loading and residual stresses, associated strains displacements, are reported for shrink fitted rotating discs at elevated temperatures. A range material behaviour is considered including unloading described by an actual curve, or modelled isotropic kinematic hardening with a variable Bauschinger effect. Various collapse loads obtained discussed design boundaries. influence reloading on the stresses also studied. It shown that after first few loadings disc, stress field becomes constant.
