摘要: Enhancers work with promoters to refine the timing, location, and level of gene expression. As they perform these functions, active enhancers generate a chromatin environment that is distinct from other areas genome. Therefore, profiling enhancer-associated features can produce genome-wide maps potential regulatory elements. This review focuses on current technologies used tissue-specific by primary tissue. First, cells are separated whole organisms either affinity purification, automated cell sorting, or microdissection. Isolating tissue prior analysis ensures molecular signature will not become lost in an averaged signal unrelated types. After isolation, feature profiled depend abundance quality harvested material. The combination isolation plus has successfully identified several pioneering studies. In future, apparatus healthy diseased tissues be explored this manner, as researchers use combined techniques gain insight into how may influence disease progression.
