摘要: Morphology, structure and electronic properties of CdS, ZnS the mixed ternary compounds formula Cd x Zn 1-x S deposited on Ag(111) by electrochemical atomic layer epitaxy (ECALE) have been characterized as a function composition. The number attainable values is limited necessity using well-defined ZnS/CdS deposition sequences. However, quantitative analysis carried out with different techniques indicates that ECALE method has good control morphological analysis, performed basis roughness clusters' size evaluation, both two-dimensional three-dimensional growth. Photoelectrochemical measurements, at film electrodes in liquid junction an alkaline (poly)sulfide electrolyte, show all cases photospectra shapes typical direct transition. bandgap roughly linear composition parameter x, behavior consistent formation solid solutions system without miscibility gap. Despite limits deviations from ideal epitaxial process, provides predictable related (e.g. bandgap).
